Our natural habitat alone can provide health and well-being to any internal systemic operation if we only work to learn it's language through hearing it's true voice.
The work toward creating cultured & living foods along with the methods for including, supplementing or replacing such foods from within aspects of current habits takes desire & discipline.
Muna Bani holds very sacred the notion of discovering food closer than thought imaginable. Therefore, our primary objective within this service is to seek foods grown without chemicals in natural environments.
Furthermore, the distances allowed and suggested by Federally approved sources are atrocious given the ever-increasing demand for clean food amidst the terror of expanding food deserts.
In response, Muna Bani also holds sacred working to not only grow our own ingredients but to stand in solidarity with anyone growing food for more than their own kin from within a long day's hike of our Stronghold.

Services provided request donation to our ministry along with the cost of ingredients and can extend from single or weekly meals to small-scale catering for dinner or birthday parties.
